Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor is properly padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
