How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for standard delivery, while furniture items may require additional time for white-glove handling.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Interior Delights ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website so you can monitor your package's journey in real-time.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If an item arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
